Per Sec. 7.2 (y) ("No parking in an alley") and 7.4 (authorization for supplemental rules): All cars must be parked either in garages, in marked spaces (with appropriate permits), or within the boundaries of the house (see the diagram, attached) and in such a way that the car does not jut out into the alley/common driveway. In addition, no car can be parked for more than 30 days in a spot that does not belong exclusively to that homeowner.
Parking permits for the private streets of our community are authorized only for addresses which are located on Clark Court, Darcy Green Court, and Darcy Green Place. These permits must be displayed in vehicles parked on those streets (including the parking lot adjacent to Darcy Green Court). Vehicles parked in those locations without permits are subject to towing.
Permits are issued by COMSOURCE only upon request from residents. The maximum number of permits that can be issued to a residence depends upon the following:
For houses with no garage: 2 parking permits per unit, if requested.
For houses with a 2-car garage: 1 parking permit per unit, if requested.
Contact Jim Biles of COMSOURCE for replacement parking permits if yours is lost. (jbiles@comsource.com). There will be a replacement fee.
The Forest Glen Station private parking permits do not cover parking on the public (county) streets of our community between 9 AM – 5 PM on weekdays. County permits are required to park on those streets during those hours. Those streets are Darcy Forest Drive, Kimball Place, and Clark Place.
