
Per Sec. 7.2 (y) ("No parking in an alley") and 7.4 (authorization for supplemental rules): All cars must be parked either in garages, in marked spaces (with appropriate permits), or within the boundaries of the house (see the diagram, attached) and in such a way that the car does not jut out into the alley/common driveway. In addition, no car can be parked for more than 30 days in a spot that does not belong exclusively to that homeowner.
As a reminder, here is a list of how parking permits are allocated:
For houses with no garage: 3 parking permits per unit, obtained from CMI.

Mr. Maccado can also issue replacement parking permits if yours is lost.
For houses with a 2-car garage:
2 permits from CMI if the house is on the following streets:
Darcy Green Place
Darcy Green Court
First row on Darcy Forest Drive (9817 - 9811)
For houses with a 2-car garage on a public street:
(i.e., the remaining houses on Darcy Forest, Clark Place or Kimball Place):
Two residential permits from the county
One visitor's permit
