> The Annual General Meeting of the Forest Glen Station Homeowners Association (HOA) will take place on Monday, February 13, 2012, at 7:30 PM. It will be held at the same time as the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors of the HOA. The meetings will be held at the Montgomery Hills Baptist Church, located at the corner of Georgia Ave. and Forest Glen Road (southeast corner).
> At the Annual General Meeting, there will be a vote to choose two members of the Executive Board of Directors because the three-year terms of two Directors have ended.
>>Members of the HOA will receive ballots and proxy forms for this election in the mail. All Members are asked to either attend the meeting in order to vote in person or submit their ballots or proxy forms to COMSOURCE so that their votes can be counted at the meeting on February 13th.
>>To date, two Members have agreed to run for the positions.
>>Nominations for candidates for the Board positions will also be accepted at the time of the meeting before the votes are counted. However, such last-minute nominations will not have the benefit of having their names printed on the ballot / proxy forms mailed in advance.
